Our cakes are made with: Low Sugar Sponge Cake + Freshly Whipped Cream Filling (with no added sugar) + Outer Layer of Swiss Meringue Buttercream + Sugar Fondant Decoration (with possible inedible supports/ centres).
The cake must be kept refrigerated until 30min before serving to allow the outer layer of Swiss Meringue Buttercream to soften.
